Brad's legal practice focuses primarily on the corporate, commercial and taxation aspects of business law. In addition to being a business lawyer, Brad is a registered professional engineer and has a particular interest in legal issues affecting professional practices.

Brad regularly gives advice on business structuring, acquisitions and divestitures of businesses and professional practices, re-organizations, wind-ups, leasing, the incorporation of professionals and professional accreditation issues.
