Leith completed his law and journalism degrees in Australia, having previously studied abroad in both Washington and Denmark.
He embarked upon his legal career in Winnipeg in 2011, after achieving his Certificate of Qualification through the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2012, receiving the distinguished A. Montague Israels Prize.
Leith is presently building a practice which focuses primarily on commercial real estate, and he also has a general commercial practice which involves corporate, privacy, finance and advocacy.
