Our colleague, Karen Poetker, acted on behalf of Mr. Hall, a Veteran who was denied disability payments for a medical condition that arose on account of UV treatments he was ordered to receive while enrolled in the Canadian Forces in the 1960s. Curiously, Mr. Hall had received disability payments for a related medical condition that arose under identical circumstances, yet his second claim was denied.
