Todd practices primarily labour, employment and human rights law assisting clients in resolving day to day workplace issues, negotiating and drafting agreements, policies and workplace rules, and representing clients at tribunals and courts. Todd also assists First Nations with governance and other disputes.

Todd received his law degree from the University of Manitoba in 2006 and was called to the Bar in 2007.

Todd is active in the community and his professional association as a Life Council Member of the Manitoba Bar Association. Todd is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Victoria General Hospital Foundation and Victoria Lifeline.

Todd regularly presents on topics relating to human rights, accommodation, and labour relations and was a sessional lecturer at Robson Hall teaching labour relations law.
