Les practices in the areas of family law and certain estate litigation where it interfaces with family property accounting, seeking committeeship and the passing of accounts in relation to estate management. Les is trained in the collaborative practice and is a member of Collaborative Practice Manitoba. Les is also a Mediator, Arbitrator and Parenting Coordinator and provides these services to those desiring Alternative Dispute Resolution services. He is a member of Family Arbitration Mediation Legal Institute (FAMLI).

Following a lengthy career in health care, Les received his law degree at the University of Manitoba in 2006, articled with Pitblado in 2006 and received his Call to the Bar in 2007.
