Specializes in commercial litigation in the areas of secured and unsecured collections, insolvency and restructuring matters. Catherine regularly conducts civil and commercial litigation matters in the Court of Queen's Bench and Court of Appeal.
Catherine also provides advice and representation to clients in relation to employment and labour matters.
