Andrew is legal advisor to public companies, privately held companies, crown agencies, partnerships, sole proprietors and non-profit and charitable organizations.

Andrew has extensive experience in advising clients on corporate structuring, corporate governance, shareholder relations and risk management. He assists clients and negotiates on their behalf in sophisticated mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, re-organizations and financings, including public offerings and private placements. He also works with both franchisors and franchisees on all aspects of franchising from both a legal and practical perspective, including assistance in structuring franchise systems and developing related documentation. As well, Andrew has a considerable background in the business of the delivery of health care services and the relationship of health care providers with government and regulatory authorities.
