Pitblado understands that people do not want to do business with a company they are opposed to philosophically, but with people they like and respect.

As a result, a corporate giving plan must go far beyond support or philanthropic donations; it must reflect the Firm's Values and Beliefs. Each Raising the Bar initiative must be consistent with the core values of the Firm. Through Raising the Bar we understand that:

Pitblado recognizes that all local initiatives have some value to the community, but the company also accepts that Pitblado can’t be all things to all people. With a limited sponsorship budget, the Firm must identify key areas that resonate with its audience and dedicate funds to those activities.
