Introducing Pitblado's Raising the Bar program

Pitblado confirms, through our Raising the Bar program, our commitment to our values, and subsequently, the local initiatives that speak directly to delivering these values in the community.

Working with staff and clients, Pitblado pledges to make people the focus of this community support program.

Through combined efforts with our Partners, clients and suppliers, Pitblado will become an advocate and a leader in working towards solutions for well-recognized community issues that evoke strong emotions and opinions from our target audiences.

It is these programs and concerns that have formed the basis for our new community support program. Pitblado has a history of helping local, provincial and national initiatives based on interest from its various partners. The Raising the Bar program will ensure that new initiatives will not only be relevant to our Firm Values, but also provide an opportunity to enhance the corporate brand in the community.

In providing the support we will ask ourselves:

• How can make a difference in the communities in which we work?
• What resources do we have that are not fully exercised and could be put to work?
• Who can champion these causes?
• Which suppliers/clients could join in these programs?
• How would company morale be affected?
