David has experience in civil and commercial litigation, insurance litigation, estate litigation, tax litigation, collection matters, employment law, administrative law and bankruptcy and insolvency.

David received his law degree from the University of Manitoba in 2012 and joined Pitblado Law as an Articling Student. He became an Associate following his Call to the Bar in June 2013. Prior to attending law school, David worked for the Canada Revenue Agency at the Winnipeg Tax Services Office as well as national headquarters in Ottawa. David frequently assists individuals and businesses in resolving various disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, representing clients through the audit, appeal, enforcement, and litigation stages.
