Profile: 

Leith has built successful practices in both Winnipeg and Manitoba’s Interlake region, which have a primary focus on real estate (commercial, agricultural and residential), estate planning and administration and various commercial matters. Leith also maintains a general commercial practice that involves various transactional activities, farm succession planning, secured lending, corporate structuring and restructuring, leasing, municipal law, subdivisions and land matters, governance and general advocacy. He advises a variety of clients including individuals, families, small and large businesses, national and local law firms, estates and municipalities. Leith completed his law and journalism degrees in Queensland, Australia, having previously studied abroad in both Washington and Denmark. He embarked upon his legal career in Winnipeg in 2011 after achieving a Certificate of Qualification through the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. Leith was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2012 at which time he received the distinguished A. Montague Israels Prize.
