Nicole Deniset


Nicole was called to the bar in May of 2020 and practices primarily in the areas of labour and employment law and civil litigation.

Nicole received her J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2018 and completed a B.A. at the University of Winnipeg in 2014. She joined Pitblado as an associate in 2020. Her main areas of practice are labour, employment and human rights law. In addition, Nicole practices in the area of civil litigation, and enjoys administrative law proceedings and judicial review applications.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Nicole clerked at the Federal Court of Appeal, where she worked primarily in the areas of intellectual property law and federal administrative law. Nicole is fluent in both official languages.
