JACK LONDON APPOINTED TO THE CANCERCARE MANITOBA BOARD

Jack London has been appointed to the CancerCare Manitoba Board.

London is a Senior Counsel with Pitblado Law. He is a former professor and dean of the faculty of law at the University of Manitoba and founding chair of the Manitoba Law Foundation. London has extensive local, national and international experience in matters of Aboriginal and constitutional law, succession planning and taxation, and alternate dispute resolution, particularly mediation.

His appointment was effective April 18, 2017, and will expire on January 18, 2020. Under The CancerCare Manitoba Act, the board includes 22 members and sets the agenda for the long-term strategies, vision, and planning of CancerCare Manitoba.
