Biography
Matt’s legal practice focuses in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law. He has experience assisting clients with their various business ventures, including the purchase and sale of assets and/or shares. Matt is also experienced in commercial real-estate transactions, corporate organization, corporate governance and re-structuring, as well as financing transactions while acting for both lenders and borrowers.
Matt currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Sport Centre of Manitoba, which is an organization with provides support to current and aspiring Olympic and Paralympic athletes training in Manitoba.
When he is not at work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family. He is an active hockey player in the Winnipeg Law Hockey League, and he manages the Pitblado Pistols.
