We are proud to announce that Adam has been appointed as a director and chair of the board of directors of Research Manitoba.
Research Manitoba is the province’s research funding agency, responsible for promoting, supporting, and coordinating research across a wide range of disciplines, including health, natural and social sciences, engineering, and the humanities. The organization plays a key role in strengthening Manitoba’s research ecosystem, supporting innovation, and fostering collaboration between academia, industry, and government.
Under the Research Manitoba Act, members of the board of directors are appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council on the recommendation of Innovation and New Technology Minister Mike Moroz, and are responsible for overseeing the organization’s strategic direction and governance.
Adam’s appointment reflects his strong leadership, professional expertise, and commitment to advancing research, development and innovation in Manitoba. In this role, he will contribute to guiding Research Manitoba’s mandate and supporting the continued growth of the province’s research capacity.
