Biography
Adriel’s corporate and commercial work consists of purchase and sale transactions, real property conveyancing, commercial leasing, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. He has represented parties on both sides of these transactions and has experience advising a range of clients, including individuals, sole proprietors, non-profit organizations, lending institutions, and corporations.
