Biography
Nikolai is a foreign-trained lawyer who obtained a Certificate of Qualification in Canada after meeting the exams and course requirements from the National Committee of Accreditation. He has been admitted as a lawyer in Brazil, New York and Manitoba.
His experience as a lawyer in Brazil includes drafting and negotiating complex M&A agreements, commercial agreements for the IT department of one of the main telecommunication companies (with the parent company in Europe), and advising a client on a public bid proceeding in connection with the privatization of a government-owned corporation. Nikolai worked with Brazilian publicly traded companies and privately owned family businesses.
Also, he is a native Portuguese speaker and fluent in Spanish.
