Susanne is a member of the Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and the Yukon Bars, practicing primarily in the areas of corporate/commercial law and Indigenous law.

Susanne brings nearly two decades of legal expertise as a trusted in-house advisor, with experience ranging from privately owned enterprises to publicly traded companies, educational institutions, and cooperatives. Her practice spans multiple specialized areas, including corporate/commercial law, Indigenous law, financing, real estate, cooperative law, agribusiness, regulated industries, and corporate governance. Susanne’s unique ability to forge strong connections with her clients empowers her to provide tailored and effective legal solutions.

Called to the bar in Manitoba as well as the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon, Susanne possesses extensive experience navigating legal complexities in these regions. Beyond her legal career, Susanne is celebrated as a retired high-performance athlete, having proudly represented Canada for 12 years in both track and field and weightlifting. Her outstanding athletic achievements culminated in her induction into the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame in 2019.

Outside of law and athletics, Susanne remains deeply engaged in Manitoba’s amateur sports community, demonstrating her commitment to fostering growth and leadership in sports. Currently, she serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Sport Manitoba, further highlighting her dedication to community involvement and governance.

With a remarkable blend of legal acumen, industry knowledge, and a passion for sports and community service, Susanne continues to set a high standard of excellence in her legal practice and beyond.
