Congratulations to everyone who successfully completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program (DEP) as part of the 4th DEP offered in Winnipeg.

The DEP was jointly developed by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and is considered to be the leading national education program for experienced board directors in Canada. It is offered at Canada’s top business schools and was designed to build the competencies required to be an effective director of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Since the launch of the DEP, 6200 directors have completed the program, taking the first step towards acquiring the ICD.D designation.

When asked about this achievement, Don MacDonald said, “The DEP has provided me with additional perspectives on corporate governance matters that will enable me to provide enhanced service to the organizations that I work with. All of the students, faculty and staff involved with the 4th Winnipeg DEP must be congratulated for making it such an outstanding program!”

The following Graduation announcement ran in The Globe & Mail on October 8, 2020. Please see below.
