Biography
Elizabeth is an Associate at Pitblado Law, where she practices Corporate and Commercial law. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including individuals, small businesses, non-profits, lending institutions, and large corporations.
Elizabeth handles various aspects of Corporate and Commercial law, with a primary focus on banking and finance, offering comprehensive legal support to both financial institutions and borrowers. She also provides legal direction and support to clients in asset and share transactions, and has acted for both vendors as well as purchasers. Additionally, Elizabeth offers strategic legal guidance to corporations relating to their organizational and governance matters.
Elizabeth also has expertise in regulatory law, particularly in the areas of privacy, anti-spam, and telemarketing.
Beyond her legal practice, Elizabeth is dedicated to giving back to her community. Currently, she serves as a Committee Member of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce Small Business Advisory Committee. Elizabeth spends her free time playing soccer and convincing her friends to join her on a hike or in a game of pickleball.
