Jeremy Tran maintains a corporate and commercial law practice. He advises organizations and individuals on a range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and professional services.
Jeremy assists clients with business transactions at every stage, supporting matters involving financing, corporate governance, and commercial transactions. He has experience working with physicians and dentists and their professional corporations, as well as lenders and clients in the banking and financial services and commercial real estate sectors.
