Michael Puchniak


Michael has a broad-based business practice and also assists with mining operators and lenders.

Michael is a partner practising in a range of corporate and commercial matters.

His practice includes advising businesses on structure, growth, and corporate governance, and he acts for various domestic financial institutions and borrowers in secured transactions involving real and personal property collateral.

Michael also assists clients with the acquisition, disposition and financing of office, retail, multi-tenant residential and industrial properties; and he has experience acting on behalf of mining operators and lenders in the due diligence phase in mining project development and project financing.
