Philip focuses in commercial real estate leasing with numerous years of experience in the corporate and commercial areas of law. Philip has taken his years of legal experience to the service of the community, in particular, related to the redevelopment of Winnipeg as a thriving and prosperous city. Philip completed his term as Chair of The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce in 2005, completed his term as a Director of The Forks North Portage Partnership in 2005, and completed his term as a Director of the Winnipeg Convention Centre in 2009.

Philip has been, since its inception in 1999, legal counsel to CentreVenture Development Corporation, the arm’s-length agency of the City of Winnipeg responsible for downtown development.

Provides services through Philip M. Sheps Law Corporation.
