Simran Joura

Biography

Simran obtained her J.D. from the University of Calgary and has been called to the bar in both Alberta and Manitoba.

She is building a practice in corporate commercial law with a focus on intellectual property and labour and employment. Simran works closely with clients, advising on all aspects of commercializing, prosecuting and enforcing IP rights. Specifically, Simran represents clients in the acquisition, enforcement and exploitation of intellectual property. She provides strategic advice to clients concerning managing their intellectual property portfolios, licensing arrangements, regulatory compliance, and support for infringement and misappropriation actions.
