Noah is an associate at Pitblado Law with a practice focused on general business and technology law.

Noah Scatliff maintains a general business law practice with a focus on technology, privacy, and corporate/commercial matters. Called to the Manitoba Bar in 2025, he works with organizations and individuals across a broad range of industries, with a particular interest in advising start-ups and technology-focused businesses.

Since being called to the Bar, Noah has gained experience advising clients on a broad variety of corporate and commercial matters. His practice includes drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and business agreements, assisting with the purchase and sale of businesses, and advising clients on privacy practices and procedures.

Noah enjoys working with entrepreneurs, emerging businesses, and established organizations to help them navigate legal issues and support their long-term growth and success. He is committed to providing responsive, practical, and business-focused advice, while keeping clients informed throughout every stage of a matter. By taking a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, Noah works to identify practical, commercially sensible outcomes that align with his clients’ business objectives.
