Niall’s corporate and commercial law practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, re-organizations, financing transactions, and corporate governance, as well as leasing and real estate matters.
Eric practices primarily in the areas of commercial and civil litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency law and has appeared at all levels of court in Manitoba.
Aaron’s focus is on wills and estate planning and works to identify strategic ways to facilitate estate plans that minimize tax consequences and preserve wealth.
Josh practices tax law and corporate and commercial law with a focus on assisting business owners with personal and corporate tax planning, corporate structuring and reorganization, and mergers and acquisitions.
