She brings nearly two decades of experience as a trusted legal advisor to privately owned businesses, publicly traded companies, educational institutions, and cooperatives. Her practice includes corporate and commercial transactions, financing, real estate, governance, and regulated industries, and she is recognized for providing practical, strategic advice grounded in strong client relationships.
