Biography
Ravi Balchan maintains a client-focused litigation practice with an emphasis on general litigation and estate litigation. Called to the Manitoba Bar in June 2026, he is developing his practice by working on a range of litigation and estate matters while building experience in advocacy, legal research, and dispute resolution.
Ravi has contributed to a variety of estate files, including matters involving court proceedings, and has assisted with litigation files through legal research and drafting. He has also gained experience with Judicially Assisted Dispute Resolution, providing him with exposure to alternative approaches to resolving disputes.
Ravi is committed to understanding each client’s unique circumstances and developing strategies that align with their individual needs and objectives. He values clear communication and takes the time to ensure clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the legal process. His thoughtful, solution-oriented approach is grounded in active listening, identifying practical options, and helping clients navigate legal challenges with confidence.
