Robert is our Firm’s senior intellectual property lawyer, providing advice and representation with respect to trade-marks, copyright, patent, industrial design, and plant-breeders rights.

Robert provides advice and representation with respect to trade-marks, copyright, patent, industrial design, and plant-breeders rights. In addition, Robert’s litigation practice focuses on applications for judicial review, labour and employment matters, human rights complaints, matters before the Specific Claims Tribunal, appellate advocacy, including appeals to the Supreme Court of Canada, and matters that fall within the jurisdiction of the Federal Courts.
