Leith practises in Winnipeg and throughout rural Manitoba, focusing on corporate commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate matters (including leasing, commercial, agricultural and residential), municipal law, estate planning and estate administration. He provides a range of legal advice to businesses and corporations large and small, individuals, farmers, families, developers, national and local law firms, estates and municipalities across Manitoba and beyond. Leith prides himself on providing effective and timely legal advice to his clients in a personable manner.
Leith practises in Winnipeg and throughout rural Manitoba, which have a primary focus on real estate (commercial, agricultural and residential), estate planning and administration, and various commercial matters. Leith also maintains a general commercial practice that involves various transactional activities, farm succession planning, secured lending, corporate structuring and restructuring, leasing, municipal law, subdivisions and land matters, governance, and general advocacy. He advises a variety of clients including individuals, families, small and large businesses, national and local law firms, estates and municipalities.
Leith completed his law and journalism degrees in Queensland, Australia, having previously studied abroad in both Washington and Denmark. He embarked upon his legal career in Winnipeg in 2011 after achieving a Certificate of Qualification through the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. Leith was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2012 at which time he received the distinguished A. Montague Israels Prize.
